My current role is Managing Director and Sales Director for Glencrest Seatex Ltd, Leigh-on-Sea, where I have full responsibility for all commercial aspects of the business; developing a `Sales and Marketing` strategy and ensuring all completed business projects/initiatives deliver continually improved P&L performance. Additionally, I develop/manage all account plans and related marketing and business development issues, whilst pro-actively leading change and transformation; championing the importance of the customer/client relationship & instilling high quality standards across the company.I am effective and an adaptable senior professional, with extensive experience and a wealth of readily transferable business management and business improvement skills. I make use of my interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills on a daily basis and have valuable IT/tech ability to compliment extensive project management knowledge. I thrive within a highly pressurised environment and am motivated by meeting targets and providing motivational, `hands on` campaign management. I like to be a positive voice, offering support and help pro-actively, and I feel a real strength is my ability not only to manage but (crucially) to motivate. I am adept also at identifying operational problems and inefficiencies and implementing fit for purpose solutions. My career has provided me with a wealth of operational experience, starting and running several companies and directing Sales and Marketing on a national scale. I greatly enjoy all aspects of Sales, Marketing & Account Management and to date I have consistently delivered impressive results; playing a demonstrable role in improving the performance of all the companies I have worked for.
