This business encompassed more than 1,300 personnel, $12 Billion assets under management (AUM), 160,000 customer accounts, and generated $165MM in annual revenue from retail/institutional brokerage, public/corporate finance, and structured products lines of business.  Member of the Parent Corporation’s senior management, contributing to strategic planning initiatives surrounding capitalization and ownership.  Served on the executive council for National City's wealth management business; The Private Client Group.  Planned and conducted all quarterly meetings of the NatCity Investments, Inc. Board of Directors.

Managed all non-sales functions encompassing administration, products, trading, compliance, operations, and information services. Responsible for performance oversight of sales/management personnel, the development of product/sales initiatives, growth and coordination of corporate cross-sale initiatives, and all compliance supervisory activities.  Generated $80,000,000 in annual revenues from 160,000 retail accounts with $9,000,000,000 in AUM. Developed compensation plans for sales and sales management personnel.  Recruited, hired, and trained retail personnel. Served as the retail representation on all senior management councils.
