I am a native California “mutt”. I was born in Inglewood, have lived in Downtown Los Angeles, Big Bear, Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles, Sierra Madre, Northridge, North Hollywood, Burbank, Canyon Country, and Claremont where I currently reside with my wife, Amy, and three children – Jacob, Tyler and Livia. If there’s one person who knows Southern California, it’s me. I have been in the real estate industry for over 18 years. I am have extensive experience in negotiating contracts for buyers, helping sellers get the most for their money, and assisting all clients with improving their credit rating with the bureaus.I took a brief stint away from the business from 2009-2012, because if I was going to stand squarely on the shoulders of my philosophy “A client should live IN their house, not for their house”, then I should be able to back that up with proper education. I obtained my life insurance license and still use the foundations of financial planning in assisting clients.I joined Triple Diamond Realty in San Dimas in 2012 and am happy to move my business to Keller Williams in West Covina. Still valuing educating clients on their credit, I am currently getting guidance from the foremost expert in this field, Nabil Captan. Nabil is the ONLY individual that has been given full support from the president of FICO.In addition to real estate, I am heavily involved in Boy Scouts of America with my two sons. I am Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 402 in Claremont, and Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 601 in Upland. I am also the adult leader for the “Honor Society of Boy Scouts”, Order of the Arrow, which has monthly meetings out of Troop 301’s Scout House in Ontario.I am driven when it comes to getting clients what they want, and it is that force that has allowed me to obtain the business I have and earn the respect of clients.
