I enable public sector organisations access the world leading transport research at TRL, with the aim to create projects that enable benefits to UK business and consumers in a era of technology disruption to the Travel and Mobility sectors. In my previous role, I enabled Connected Places Catapult to drive innovation within the Rail Industry by signing 3 Framework Contracts with major UK Rail Organisations and creating and delivering a large pipeline of opportunities. At IBM I grew a major account based Sales team to 40+ FTE that delivered 250M+ of new signings within 9 Months. The strategic accounts I have relationship managed ranged between $10M-$50M pa, where I have taken personal responsibility for creating sales pipeline and closing contracts ranging from $500k to $110M TCV. I have built a reputation of exceeding revenue/profit and customer satisfaction targets whilst leading and coaching high performing teams. I was directly responsible for managing the customer relationship, directing an on-going strategic plan for account growth and to ensure delivery excellence, innovation and customer retention.
