Book-keeping and accounts preparation of a number of offshore trust & company structures holding a variety of assets.

Responsibility for all administration and management functions for a varied portfolio of clients, including acting as a Director and/or Secretary for a number of client entities. All aspects of client administration from book-keeping through to face-to-face client meetings. Accounts preparation, regulatory filings, completion of tax returns and investment performance monitoring were all part of day-to-day tasks. Entity risk reviews - ensuring that everything was in order from an operational and regulatory perspective.Implementation of online banking facilities with various 3rd party institutions.

Whilst with the employment of Butterfield in Guernsey I also undertook roles in the banking operations, financial control and client accounting departments.In the latter 18 months of my position I was a project team member responsible for the multi-jurisdictional implementation of a new Trust operating platform.
