Loretta my wife and partner of 40 years and I have been working as disability support workers for the last 3 years. We love the work and have started our own service provider business. The reason is so we have total control of how we conduct our business. The name Sincerity is a high standard we have set for ourselves, in fact it should be the standard without question. The NDIS may possibly be the most vulnerable clientele in society, we see the need to be full of sincerity and that's our standard. The name Sincerity was in fact given to us by a client. She said I was very sincere and it went from her comment to discussion and the business name was created. We have been operating registered providers for the last 3 years and have maintained our original ethos of quality of support as apposed to quantity and we are always improving our system and best practices.In October 2020 we initiated our first audit and we passed with great feedback from clients and staff and in January we went through a second audit as we are shifting from a Sole Trader model to a PTY LTD. Both audits conducted by NDIS approved auditors, who operate independently from the NDIS were extremely encouraging. Client feed back was outstanding and all workers gave great feedback. We have never received an official complaint and are known in the industry for going over and above to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and assisted many of them to retain that self-worth and self love that they may have battled to keep since being diagnosed. It is truly a wonderful field to work in and we have been extremely blessed with the most caring and selfless staff. We are extremely proud of what we are building at Sincerity Support Services and will continue to push the limits of support and do what it takes to make a difference.
