Coordination of Volunteer Trainer activities. Administration of participant qualifications.Administration of 27 St John Ambulance (NSW) volunteer divisions across Northern NSW. Assignment of requests for St John Ambulance attendance at public events to provide first aid services to those in need.

Responsibilities include performance reporting and trend analysis, process re-engineering and improvement, compliance monitoring and production of MS Access databases and data collection forms and tables.

Negotiation of large, Commercial & Industrial, electricity supply contracts in a contestable market.

Handling inbound telephone enquiries from residential and smal business customers relating to electricity bills, moving house and extensions of time.
