Osan Ab, Republic Of Korea

Leads 492-person Air Operations Center providing Operational-level command and control of airpower to strategic Combatant Commander. The AOC is comprised of 6 divisions & 2 squadrons and leads development of combined US/Republic of Korea strategy. Responsible to plan, execute, and assesses air, space & cyber operations during both armistice and crisis. Oversees $810M+ in critical wartime theater assets as well as training and ensuring preparation of personnel assigned to execute critical wartime mission.

Moody Afb, Ga

Ensured preparation of 105-aircraft and 5,500-person USAF combat organization for short notice global deployment in support of Department of Defense requirements. Led over 35 diverse subordinate organizations with different mission sets across 4 states responsible for worldwide coverage. Responsible for over $400M local community impact & $1.2B in assets.

The Homeland Defense focal point ensuring the ability to deter, preempt, and defend against any threat or aggression aimed at the United States. The command lead for policies, program funding and emerging capabilities to protect and maintain US air sovereignty. Directed Air Combat Command’s Counterdrug mission support to multiple Combatant Commands to include over $60M in fenced Department of Defense Counterdrug funds. Led a Joint, combined, Interagency and international team to plan and program for, as well as modernize and sustain key Counterdrug and Counter-NarcoTerrorism mission programs.

Key organizational leader who supervised a diverse 147-person staff for the operational commander. Staff was responsible for all Executive level functions including Legal, Protocol, Financial management, Plans, Command and Control, Equal Opportunity, Treaty Compliance, and Public Affairs. All staff functions were in support of one of the largest Flying Wings in the USAF. Delegated, tracked and monitored completion of all Department of Defense, higher Headquarters, and Command-directed taskings for the Command team.

Kandahar Ab, Afg

Operational Commander providing combat operations support to the Air Expeditionary Wing mission in a Joint/NATO structure at Air Forces Central Command’s busiest airfield. Created a squadron organization from scratch in an austere combat environment that focused direct support to 10 Squadrons and 8 distinct Major Weapons Systems responsible for more than $1.4B worth of USAF assets flying over 1,800 sorties per month at three separate locations in Afghanistan.
