As a seasoned professional in the venting business with over 30 years of experience, I have held various positions at ICC and now at Chimney Lining. My career began as an electrician, but I quickly transitioned to ICC's shop floor and eventually became a foreman, gaining valuable insights into the production of our products.As ICC expanded, I was involved in setting up the production line for RSF fireplaces and training employees. When a customer service position became available, I jumped at the opportunity and later transitioned into a sales role, covering NY for 3 years and then the province of Quebec.In addition to sales, I also played a role in technical training for our fireplaces and chimney installations. As the Vice President of the industrial side of the business at ICC and Chimney Lining, I now focus on business development, engineering lunch and learn sessions, and helping customers design vent systems that are functional, efficient, and safe.My passion for the industry is driven by my desire to educate others on the principles of vent system design and ensure that every installation is successful. With my extensive experience and expertise, I am committed to driving innovation and growth in the venting business.
