October '22 Update-Hot on the heels of the successful conversion of a redundant public house in Urmston, where we carried out an extensive structural alteration and remodelling project to create 8 luxury apartments for a private client who was a real pleasure to work with, we have just completed our second scheme, which is an "in house" development which involved the purchase, design revision and enlargements and conversion of a large Victorian house located in Blundellsands-We turned what was a huge but tired Victorian Villa into 12 top quality residential apartments and we also built a new detached bungalow in the grounds of the development. The project was completed in June '22 and we are now in sales mode.
