The Regional Mental Health Supervisor - supervises employees in Fayette, Indiana, and Westmoreland counties. Responsibilities include building and maintaining positive relationships with contracting counties, direct supervision of all staff a minimum of once per month, attending all county meetings and assure that all Preventative Aftercare standards are being met. The Regional Supervisor maintains knowledge of all youth referred to the programs to provide guidance to the staff, tracking all clients admitted and discharged from the programs, reviewing all reports on the clients, and hiring for open positions.
