In charge of the maintenance hiring, training of 4 person staff on 12.8 acre property with a 192 units, 16 building a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and a lake. The property is located in the collage park area of Virginia Beach. I maintain all the all Property Procedure Manuals, Blueprints, MSDS book, Refrigeration log, Training logs, Accident 300 forms, Preventative Maintenance forms, truck reports as well as weekly exterior inspections. I order supplies keeping with in budgeted parameters receive bids for budgetary purposes as well as major repairs. I also sign of on completion of contracted work inspecting safety when work is being done and quality of work in progress and completed.

Merrimack Landing Apartments

After Retiring from the United States Navy I started at Merrimack Landing as a Maintenance Tec with in approximately a year and a half I became the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor. This is a 492 unit property with a recreation center and lake, located in Norfolk Virginia. I was in charge of maintaining vacant apartment availability board, on call rotation log, refrigeration log taking inventory on supplies as well as helping placing orders maintain golf carts, boiler, shop logs checking quality of work performed in vacant units and assisting in training of staff.
