My prior military service and my connections to family and friends who have served (and continue to serve) motivates me to support military programs and the programs of all Federal agencies. I greatly appreciate strong relationships with clients and business partners.I am a licensed professional mechanical engineer and have devoted my entire career to IMEG and one of its founding companies, KJWW. My military background in nuclear propulsion plant operations and thermal systems helped me accelerate my industry involvement, design capability, as well as team and corporate leadership. I believe in empowering highly capable people, then getting out of their way. I have designed projects of all types, led discipline-specific design teams, led multi-discipline project teams, led entire company offices, and now lead IMEG’s corporate-wide Federal market.
