Pathways to Education Canada is a national organisation that manages 17 different program sites across the country, all focusing on high dropout prevention through 4 unique means of support: academic, social, financial and mentoring.

Conversing and collaborating with clients and colleagues daily, my role was threefold: perform financial, monthly sales reporting; facilitate communication between clients and product engineers and researching and reporting on all products for our enterprise client base.

Consulted with and provided clients with optimized, IT solutions to enhance their business.

Performed background research on a wide variety of topics, from the foundations of psychology and sociology to 21st century masculinity, while assisting students in these classes with writing exams, term papers and generally understanding the material.

-Performed multiple database searches of 100's of scholarly articles and createdoriginal Excel databases categorizing literature-Responsible for examining articles and providing short, bullet-point literature reviews of their context and primary arguments.

-Conducted background research for cases of racism, homophobia, Anti-semitism andsexism.-Consolidated information to build cases to present to the Quebec Commission ofHuman Rights.-Key liaison between other rights organizations in collaborative projects.-Edited and writing documents for press release and internal memos for theorganization.
