30 years experience in the transportation industry. I was hired directly out of college into a management trainee program in the LTL industry. I learned the operation and moved into sales for approximately 10 years. From sales I moved into service center/terminal manager role and then ultimately into a regional manager role. Most recently I started a transportation company and primary focus was on building the business model, forecasting, cost analysis, projections and growth strategies. I have a strong sense for P&L analysis/management and lean principles. I am an avid follower of the Kaizen principles.
