Current•Developing, delivering and Managing, all commercial revenue across Painshill•Direct line Management of senior commercial team including retail, catering, events, filming and membership teams delivering appraisals and performance related targets.•Implementing and delivering with strict Management, the commercial budgets and forecasts.•Management and delivery of all admissions income gaining an increase of admissions income by 202% since 2017 •Delivery of the in house and digital visitor experience including EPOS systems and online digital ticketing •Implementing innovative ideas and sales techniques to reduce queuing time and increase sales.•Accountable for all commercial including budgeting and forecasting•Management of retail delivery and retail income including introducing new products and revenue ideas increasing retail income by 180% in 5 years•Management of food and beverage delivery and food and beverage revenue increasing income by 112% in 5 years by introducing new ideas, sales techniques and products•Delivery and implementation of Painshill’s Membership scheme managing retention levels, CRM database and Direct Debit database•Increasing membership numbers by over 400% and DD by 40% through tactical promotion and marketing •Design, management and delivery of all large scale commercial events within a Heritage site from initial concept and strategy to onsite delivery with up to and over 2000 attendees. •Management and delivery of all filming and media enquires including negotiating contracts and onsite •Creating a strong marketing strategy and delivering the management of venue hire including private hires of up to 3000 attendees, corporate hires and weddings.•Management of Gift Aid and implementing Gift Aid policies, procedures and incentives •Providing direct support to the Director.•Recruitment, restructuring and development of commercial team to efficiently capitalize on the commercial income.
