As ICT manager, I led, managed and co-ordinated the Council’s ICT network and teams (records and customer services). I secured the Council’s data information, ensuring integrity, backups and disaster recovery provisions, and controlled LAN and WAN technologies. I oversaw the Council’s Community Engagement strategy.
