Leading the finance workstream for Global Template Design

• Enterprise FP&A finance lead for company’s digital transformation initiative, which involves the system conversion to SAP S/4HANA across all food and non-food entities• Manage, lead, and inspire a team of associates located in Mexico and Colombia• Liaison between the Transformation Office and the Corporate/WHQ, South Africa, and non-food subsidiary teams, acting as the key business partner for those markets• Business and analysis support for internal leadership and external consultants regarding various highly confidential and cross-functional strategic initiatives• Serve as part of a team creating the future of our organizational structure and the way we work• The linkage to Corporate Planning/Corporate Accounting team remains, which leads to various ad-hoc strategic initiative involvement or support on potential acquisitions

• Lead CFO finance support team that provides ad-hoc analysis for potential acquisitions, competitor analysis, long range planning, and many various high-level and high-impact business scenario modeling• Lead acquisition/divestiture due diligence team and process in addition to integration of new businesses once acquired• Partner with regional leads to develop targets tied to both long-term and short-term incentive plans along with the reporting of results annually• Direct team that consolidates and analyzes total corporation’s monthly flash forecast process for review with executive steering team including income, balance sheet, and cash flow projections• Manage associate that own the corporate support budgeting process that encompasses over $200M in spend for over 80 cost centers throughout our corporation• Lead group responsible for Oracle B.I. administration; group acts as liaison between US/Canada divisional analysts and the IS team while serving as the financial SME for the tools• Enterprise finance lead for SAP S4/HANA implementation project – planning/analysis phase

Santa Ana, CA facility ~500 employees, • Solely responsible for all financial and accounting transactions and policies, which include: month-end/year-end accounting close, capital expenditures, product cost estimates, cost savings projects and more for a $57M direct cost/OH manufacturing facility• Implemented SAP, internal controls, and other imperative processes inherent in parent company as facility was part of a large acquisition in 2012• Drive cost savings projects focused around line automation and headcount reduction• Improved standard costing system and identify labor, yield, and inventory variances and communicate with fellow steering team members to allow for corrective action• Assemble two-year operating budget and rolling forecast by collaborating with different department heads and Plant Mgr.• Create and update standard costs in SAP on a quarterly basis to reflect operational efficiencies and commodity fluctuations• Support corporate marketing & sales group with cost estimates and ad-hoc analysis as needed

(~300 employees)• Responsible for all financial and accounting related transactions that include, but are not limited to, month-end/year-end accounting close, capital expenditures, and product cost estimates• Lead cost savings projects and concerned inventory team to drive reductions in input costs with sustainable savings • Inform Plant Manager of weekly and monthly operational results, and provide advice on all other financial matters• Identify labor, yield, and inventory variances and communicate with fellow steering team members to allow for corrective action• Assemble annual operating budget by collaborating with different department heads and Plant Mgr.• Develop and update standard costs in SAP on a quarterly basis to reflect operational efficiencies and commodity fluctuations• Support corporate marketing & sales group with cost estimates and ad-hoc analysis as needed• Manage the facility’s outlet store to ensure proper controls are in place and reconcile the cash deposits with the company’s bank statements
