Providing dedicated support for management and provision of LAN and Wan technologies for individual customer accounts. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to designing, testing, advising, approving, planning, implementing and managing network changes. The ultimate goal providing technical network support to the customer.Other responsibilities include fault and project management, providing various training to both internal and external employees and taking on the role of Team Leader during this period. Implementation of a new customer Data Centre and recently the successful transition to a new Wi-Fi Platform.
