Selected as a 2019-20 LGT Venture Philanthropy Impact Fellow to work at mothers2mothers (m2m), an African NGO that operates in 11 sub-Saharan African countries to ensure access to quality, trusted health services for African women and their families via integrated primary healthcare services, health system strengthening, and livelihoods and economic empowerment programming that promotes gender equality.Continuing in my role post fellowship, I am a co-architect of m2m's strategic planning frameworks, direct the organisation's knowledge management processes on three continents, support the Boards of Directors/Trustees to foster deeper engagement with m2m, and provide strategic and creative counsel to all departments.

I created and directed above- and below-the-line marketing and communications strategies in BURN's sub-Saharan African sales markets, and was responsible for ensuring their success through creative tactical implementations.
