Advised and represented sureties in all manner of fidelity and financial institution bond claims and disputes. Tried over 70 cases before trial courts, juries and arbitrator panels.Authored numerous articles and papers for the American Bar Association, UMKC Law Review, the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Journal, Kansas City Courts Handbook, the National Business Institute, Wiley Publications and the Midwest Contractor magazine.
