Led efforts to build the manufacturing business from its inception including establishing the business systems (NetSuite), processes, plant layout, safety programs, permits, vendor selection, staffing, policies, and other items necessary for safe, efficient, and productive operations. Instilled a culture built on openness, trust, and collaboration. The workforce achieved year-over-year improvement and set numerous records throughout the first 5 years in existence. Created stakeholder value.Handed off the CEO role to one of the founding partners early 2024.
