Managed the implementation of Information Reporting statements from legacy Treasury platforms, BADirect Online Statements, and International systems, to the new CashPro Information Reporting Statements.Converted over 6,500 Company IDs and more than 265,000 users onto the target platform, which included the creation and distribution of associate and client communications, training on new features and functionality, and How to guides for users.Doubled system capacity and enabled 50+ new statement and format types through implementation of a new system interface.

Managed the Transition of domestic and International Countrywide and Merrill Lynch populations to enterprise Talent Planning/Performance Mgt in India and Costa Rica and the global Recognition and Rewards programs.Lead the implementation of Pay for Performance processes and philosophy for approximately 17,000 International associates in BA Continuum (BACS), CFC India (BACI), Merrill Lynch ITS (MLITS) and Costa Rica populations.Saved $12MM annually by terminating the Global Recognition & Rewards program. Developed a solution with the lowest negative associate impact and communicated to associates in a compressed timeline.

Recruited to fulfill a broad range of roles for the Sales, Service, & Execution division, including Process Design, Risk & Compliance, Channel Strategy, and Brand Management. Supported all staffing functions which include sourcing, screening and interviewing managerial and executive level candidates/applicants, negotiating offers including developing cash and equity incentive targets, new hire equity buy-outs and developing relocation plan specifics for each applicant move.

Managed the conversion of Bank of America Direct’s 3 Treasury applications (Info Rpting, Online Stmts, & Pymts Mgt) from CORBA/Java architecture to EJB/J2EE/WebSphere based architecture.
