-Providing professional and accurate interpreting services to the Gallaudet community in awide variety of settings as assigned.-Serving as Gallaudet University's RID CMP (Certification Maintenance Program) coordinator-Acting as co-liaison between Gallaudet Interpreting Service (GIS) and Nuestra Casa, Gallaudet's Latine Deaf Studies Center

-Teaching ESL lessons in classroom and virtual environments (both one-to-many and one-on-one instruction)-Adapting and creating dynamic lesson plans to support learners in achieving their language goals-Engaging students in structured lessons and free-form conversation practice to develop fluency

-Providing top quality ASL/English interpreting services in the DC/MD/VA area

-Designated interpreter for the CPS Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Program administrator during meetings, trainings, visits, presentations, office interactions, phone calls, etc.-Coordinated substitute interpreting services for CPS educational interpreters -Advised all levels of staff on the laws/regulations that affect the CPS educational interpreting staff and best practices in the profession-Coordinated professional development workshops for CPS educational interpreters; arranging presenters, locations, dates, etc.

-Provided communication access to Deaf/Hard of Hearing students by means of ASL/English interpretations: including classroom lectures/presentations, small group settings, tutoring sessions, open community events, and meetings with CCC staff/advisers.

-Worked with Columbia students in one-on-one and group mentoring sessions to further their understanding of the phonology, morphology, syntax and discourse of ASL.
