Indirectly oversaw controllership, ISC, and customer care. Responsible for all areas of financial strategy, forecast/budgeting, financial statement accuracy, internal controls, and compliance.

Led the finance function for the oldest and most diverse UOP business unit, the Process Technology & Equipment business. Managed a team of 10 professionals across multiple locations in commercial support, controllership, FP&A, and operations. Managed the financial aspects of strategic initiatives for the business, including M&A, value/transactional pricing, operational effectiveness, & productivity.

Led the finance function for the Gas Process & Hydrogen business unit of UOP. Managed a team of 5 professionals across multiple locations performing commercial support, controllership, FP&A, & operations metrics. Partnered with the business leaders to maximize financial performance, including assisting in contract structure, timing of business activities, cost analysis, and strategic investments.

Oversaw the global accounting function at UOP tasked with the fair presentation of the financial statements and internal controls for the global UOP business. Executed all Honeywell reporting policies and procedures to allow for proper reporting and disclosures under SEC guidelines. Partnered with the UOP businesses to provide accounting technical guidance on potential transactions. Led the accounting integration of several acquisitions.

Managed the financial audit team for the Americas. Executed risk-based audits across all Honeywell divisions, focusing on financial and operational risks. Managed a global team of professionals and directed audit activities in all Honeywell regions. Created a new government contracting audit department and oversaw all implementation actions, including hiring of a team, development of audit plan, creation of audit tools, and execution of audits.

Led multinational Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) integrated audits for clients in various industries, including wireless and wireline telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, advertising, and internet. Coordinated audit activities among multiple PwC teams (foreign and US offices). Supervised teams of up to 15 professionals around the world. Expert in compliance with SEC reporting requirements in annual and quarterly reporting.
