Principal responsibilities include overseeing a variety of IT finance functions including budgeting and forecasting, asset management, and contract management. Duties include providing input, recommendations and advice on budgetary matters, assisting in the annual budget preparation for IT, ensuring all IT vendor invoices are processed on a timely basis, and preparing the monthly IT financial review for presentation to upper management. Additional responsibilities include leading the IT Finance Team, setting goals and tasks for direct reports, and being a mentor for all aspects of team performance.

Principal responsibilities include the preparation and presentation to Senior Management of the complete Budget vs. Actual Variance Analysis package for all Clear Channel Information Technology (CCIT) , as well as the categorization of all expenses into monthly service measures for all Clear Channel divisions by products, services, and systems. Duties include analyzing and communicating emerging trends to the executive team (via quarterly and year to date summary schedules), gathering and uploading budget and forecast information into the Cognos TM1 Financial System, and maintaining the monthly headcount and salary forecast for each Business Unit Manager. Additional responsibilities include the preparation of the Internal Project Billing package, detailing by each division (Radio, Outdoor, and International Operations) the monthly internal and external labor cross charges for all project and operations work performed by CCIT, as well as the presentation to Senior Management of planned vs. actual labor and capital expenditures for the life cycle of each project.

Principal responsibilities include working with and supervising a team of Accounting Systems Analysts with the operation and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics AX and PeopleSoft General Ledger and Accounts Receivable Financial Systems. Duties include coordinating the complete accounting system setup and support to facilitate proper recording of accounting transactions, designing complex financial and statistical reports utilized by Outdoor and Broadcast Accounting, as well as the nationwide offices, and providing assistance to the business customer to ensure seamless system operations during the implementation of new financial software solutions.

Principal responsibilities included supporting the general ledger interfaces for all loan accounting systems within the Commercial Banking and Home Loans business units. Duties included balancing system integration conversions (internal and external) for the business units, as well as assisting the business units in any system accounting issues as a result of the integrations. Additional responsibilities included auditing and consulting the business units in all aspects with their general ledger interfaces, which included improving system efficiencies, facilitating proper transactional reporting, documenting procedures and complying with all aspects of SOX reporting, and advising the business units on the proper reflection of financial statement presentation using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Principal responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of the Advanced Loan, Commercial Loan, and Real Estate Systems (Alltel). Duties include resolving problems and issues with the loan systems, creating effective management reports to assist the Loan Operations department with various types of projects, and analyzing critical Loan Operations functions in order to implement cost effective improvements for their department. Additional responsibilities include the supervision and training of two Loan Systems Support Analysts with all aspects of their duties.

Principal responsibilities included the operation and maintenance of the GEAC Mainframe General Ledger and Accounts Payable System with approximately 2,900 accounts and 200,000 transactions a month. Duties included the design and generation of bank, subsidiary, and total consolidated balance sheets and income statements as well as the maintenance of the summarized reporting center structure which these statements are based on. Additional responsibilities included the supervision and training of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Department with all aspects of mainframe reporting and data extraction, as well as the Accounts Payable Department with general ledger and accounts payable posting.

Principal responsibilities included the generation of detailed variance, forecasting, and budgeting reports for all mortgage servicing income on a portfolio of $13 billion, utilizing the GEAC Mainframe General Ledger System and database management tools. Other duties included the reconciliation and analysis of various servicing accounts such as escrow advances and other mortgage receivables.

Principal responsibilities included the recordation of whole loan mortgage sales, mortgage backed security sales, and the monthly preparation of the secondary marketing income/loss analysis. Significantly increased the efficiency of these tasks by utilizing GEAC Mainframe General Ledger System downloads and spreadsheet programming techniques.
