My work has contributed to a complete overhaul to accelerate volunteer recruitment and induction to support our burgeoning outreach programme. Subsequent visits across Slough increased responses by 95% compared to other boroughs, and made it the most successful respondent- Production of detailed respondents evaluating the quality of life in residential units across Slough that affirmed their value to their inhabitants.
