We are a developing Housing Association, focused on providing innovative tailored property solutions to vulnerable adults across England and Wales.We know that when it comes housing, people with disabilities often don’t have much say over where they live or who they live with… we created Hilldale Housing Association so we could do something about it. The sole purpose of our existence is to provide high quality housing for people who need additional support.Hilldale has extensive experience and personnel to deliver accommodation based solutions to local authorities, care support providers and individuals alike. Our tenants are our most valuable asset and our properties need to provide "homes for life". Our model currently consists of developments of between 6 and 20 apartments in most areas of the north. We work with individuals, corporate investors and groups to deliver our vision. Worked closely with range of partners in the public, private and voluntary sectors across a broad spectrum, including: • Meeting specialist & supported housing needs (e.g. homelessness, younger & older people, people with disabilities, people suffering domestic abuse etc). • Improving the range, choice and accessibility / affordability of housing.• Improving the quality of housing in the public & private sectors, i.e the physical and management standards in the borough and regeneration of declining neighbourhoods. • Improving the quality and range of housing advice and support services.
