When I listened to the speaker talk about coaching, it resonated with me on a deep level. It was like I had unexpectedly stumbled upon my life purpose and I knew things would never be the same again. After the conference, I made the choice to walk away from everything and started working for a executive coaching company. During my time there, I had a revelation about what executive coaching was about. I began to question the effectiveness of an action-only based approach. So I began a journey to discover a more effective approach that brought about authentic and sustainable change.I took a deep dive into emotional intelligence. I started studying neuroscience, neurochemistry, brain plasticity, mindfulness, and how these concepts can be applied in everyday life.What I learned sparked inspiration to transform the coaching industry.
