I am a highly skilled, motivated and mature technical leader with over 30 years experience in developing supporting and maintaining complex integrated IT systems and services. The last 4 years have been spent as a consultant advising UK police forces on best use of their back office technologies. The experience to do this was born out of 16 years working for the public sector within the law enforcement sector, providing support, system development and service delivery . Having this first hand insight has enabled me to take the skills learned and provide them to businesses wanting to grow and develop more effective solutions and processes. I have a proven track record in support of complex bespoke mission critical systems to tight SLAs within an emergency service environment. I am an excellent communication and and am able to present at all levels of an organisation . I am a highly successful manager, team builder & motivator with experience at all levels of business development from start up, through to restructure and reorganisation.
