Responsible for Foreign Exchange line of business to include all strategy, sales and product development. Utilizing robust knowledge of major currencies, global economic conditions. Bring FX expertise to client relationships across the Bank. Partners with Commercial, Middle Market, Private Banking, Treasury Management, Compliance, Finance and Risk.

• Liaise with client as well as internal business partners to establish documentation, settlement and post settlement requirements. Provide clients with explanation/clarification of FX trades, rates and trade-related issues• Manage and investigate queries and activities across the different product groups by extracting data from various systems• Provide top class customer service as it relates to client’s requests, front office and back office customers. Responding to client’s needs and queries via phone, email and SWIFT. Input information into PEGA system.• Management of settlement activity of FX trading activity, including reconciliation and break clearance• Responsible for the investigation and resolution of discrepancies or problems associated with the settlement of Foreign Exchange and Funding related transactions in foreign currencies• Identify and analyze error trends to limit monetary and reputational risk to BAML• Handle multiple priorities simultaneously ability to prioritize escalations

Manage the accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of daily foreign check and banknote activities.• Prepare goals, mentor, and guide retail staff in job growth and improvement processes.• Complete annual reviews, performance evaluations and merit increases.• Review, improve and implement operating policies and procedures.• Resolve customer service issues.

Assist sales team in processing new customer prospects.• Maintain correspondence with existing customers to enhance relationship.• Provide data, forecasts and analysis to assist in sales presentations and acquisitions of customers.• Join Sales team on prospect calls and meetings.• Seek new customer prospects by searching various databases.

• Book foreign exchange deals Spot, Forwards, Swaps, and cross currency trades using online trading platform• Price deals according to in house procedures via phone, email, and online portal using Mysis Opics• Manage FX open position to ensure profitability• Report daily forwards to DTCC• Responsible for assisting in providing foreign exchange trading service to customer base• Use knowledge of Foreign Exchange market and trading products to deliver information and superior customer service• Responsible for managing funding needs and counterparty trading by monitoring daily cash needs in foreign banks• Gather market information and author market commentary• Work with marketing department to publish commentary and distribute to customer base• Responsible for accuracy of monthly P/L reports

Supervise a staff of approximately 30 employees. Half of them report directly to me.• Prepare and perform semi-annual and annual reviews for 14 of my employees.• Provide guidance, direction, and set goals for employees to promote growth and knowledge of eachemployee.• Facilitate monthly staff meetings to promote communication and keep staff informed on specific topicsand changes.• Promote positive teamwork and create incentives for employees to be recognized on their individualefforts such as adhering to the service promise and making their required referrals.• Serve as primary liaison between many departments and our customers in order to resolve customer’squestions.• Help manage department performance and recommend operational efficiencies that adhere to specificguidelines. Update and maintain manuals accordingly.• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure department is operating efficiently andrecommend changes to maximize production.• Develop employees by providing feedback and addressing issues of behavior and performance.Maintain accurate records on employee’s performance in Excel and Access.• Provide solutions to problems, errors, efficiencies, or obstacles in order to enhance customersatisfaction.• Responsible for adhering to 7% call loss and recommend staffing changes to ensure this goal is met.• Assist in updating VRU and recommending changes to menu options on the bank by phone system.• Work with various vendors to increase customer satisfaction and implement changes to the VRU.
