As a District Manager (April 07-Jan 2011) with Vector Marketing I was responsible for recruiting, Interviewing/ Hiring, Training, and retaining sales reps. Training consisted of 3 days in office and then on average 2-3 (1-2 hour) meetings a week through out the sales reps career. I was also responsible from hiring, training, and retaining a competent hourly receptionist staff. As a Cutco Sales Professional (Jan 2011-Current) my responsibilities are presenting a high level cutlery product face to face to residential customers either on a in him basis or at a trade show.

Responsible for helping Small to Medium size business owners with their payroll and human capital management needs. Prospecting, Building relations with outside and internal COI's to grow a book of business inside a designated territory is where the primary lead base comes from. From a professional sales presentation using innovative technology, maintaining a prospect list, closing the sale, collecting detailed information, and helping the client learn the products is just the initial process working with each account. All current accounts are expected to be followed up with consistently to ensure maximum customer service results which separates us from the competitor. Finally, Sales Force/CRM updates are expected daily/weekly to record all records of activity and sales.

Responsible for opening and closing campus daily based on shift worked, along with providing high level of safety duties on campus. We were First Responders to all medical emergency's, 911 calls, and all other emergency type situations.
