For two sites (manufacturing and corporate HQ/R & D lab), manage all facility operations, maintenance, improvements, expansion and construction projects for a fast-paced semiconductor related manufacturing company. Coordinate with IT, production, engineering and project management staff as needed.Description:• Initiate and supervise planning, scheduling and completion of all facilities infrastructure repairs, upgrades and expansion projects for manufacturing, warehouse and clean rooms. • Coordinate and supervise upgrades to clean rooms, including gas supply systems, CDA lines and drops, electrical and data lines and terminations.• Plan and supervise office remodels and upgrades including complete replacement of all data/phone cabling and installation of IDF cabinet, electrical upgrades, and replacement and increase of cubicle workstations.• Coordinate replacement and upgrade of compressed air system, including installation of three Atlas Copco compressors and piping. • Responsible for all building and infrastructure PM’s, repairs, and scheduling (includes, HVAC, compressors, access control system, haz waste disposal, recycling, housekeeping, landscaping, etc.)., access controls/prox cards, building key system.• Serve on safety committee; partner with management staff to institute and maintain site wide safety program; establish and maintain relationship with safety/first aid supplier.
