I am a visual designer with a love of technology, art, and business. My passion for visual design flowed naturally from my previous positions as a robotics engineer, management consultant, and more recently a fine artist and self-publisher. As a result, my career path has been technical, creative, and entrepreneurial. It is this skill set that I draw from as a visual designer in creating user-centered designs that solve business problems with a balance of practical function and aesthetic form.As a designer, I learn by observation and inspiration. I am insatiably curious about the world. My work and studies have brought me to over thirty countries on four continents. This has included living in Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, France, Japan, and Luxembourg. Expansive cultural experiences such as these are important not only to my designer’s sense of inspiration but also to exercising adaptability muscles. Visual design is an ever-changing world. In this realm, flexibility and a desire to learn new tools, trends, and techniques are critical. Adapting to change is a pursuit I explore with great joy and vigor.Incorporating this uniquely diverse range of cultural and professional experiences, I aim to build innovative user interface solutions for an organization committed to having a positive impact.
