Internal staff surveys showed 90% of staff were proud to work at OMD.Business Development - $100m of new business wins including Bupa, RACV, Pacific Brands, Fonterra, Heinz, Open Universities, GE, 7-Eleven, Kathmandu, Retravision, Fletcher Jones, RMIT & Cricket World Cup. Also launched sister agency M2M.Data, Digital & Content Transformation – successfully imported a broader range of communication services into the Melbourne office. Grew the Digital Division from 3 to 33 people including the launch of new disciplines in Search (both paid & organic) Social Media and Programmatic. Built a Data analytics service. Launched Melbourne’s first content division inside a media agency.Strategy – Melbourne office won their first MFA ward for the ABC For Kids integrated campaign recognizing an improved strategic product.Marketing – worked on a diverse range of highly effective marketing campaigns across a broad range of categories. Successful brand launches in Australia included Bupa, Bank of Melbourne, Cricket World Cup & GE (corporate). Delivered marketing driven sales growth for Dulux, Roadshow Films, Mazda, Open Universities, 7-Eleven, Beacon Lighting & many others.CX – increased all client appraisal scores to a minimum of 75% across the agency.Received strong industry recognition of OMD during this time including AdNews, B&T and Mumbrella Media Agency Of The Year Awards, B&T Media Agency Of The Decade.
