With lead times from 10 days to 2 hours. Operational and P&L responsibility for 5 depots and 3 retail outlet/independent living centre. Successfully negotiated all 7 contract extensions available within 2014, whilst successfully implementing 6 new contract (including 2 new types of contract-procurement/supply and Carehome servicing). I also was project lead for the implementation of the single largest CES contract which came in on time (with just a 12 week lead-time) and to budget including all building works, warehouse and call centre set up within the largest single CE stores in the UK Show less

A senior management role based in Doncaster with full operational responsibility for Doncaster and Stockport, NHS and Social services aids for daily living loan service contracts. Including the storage, distribution, installation, service/repair, collection and decontamination of over1, 000 product lines, ranging from simple daily aids such as kettle tippers and shoe horns to electric profiling beds, pressure care and moving & handling equipment.

I fulfilled a 6 months fixed term contract for Unipart Logistics as an Operations Shift Manager on the ASOS.com contract, recruited to add additional experience and expertise during the peak workload period and also moving through the migration of the business to a new site. The main site having picking over 4 floors with a mix of boxed, bagged and hanging goods, covering in excesses of 175K SKU`s and 300K (BDC) pick faces. With KPI`s in pick and pack exceeding 80 and 120 units per hours, producing on average 25,000 despatched orders per day (25% international and 20% UK next day delivery) and on average 62,500 despatch units per day.
