Steve is an experienced senior property manager with extensive knowledge within the retail and the property industries. Steve has worked for Umega Lettings since 2009. Steve is extremely hard working, adaptable and possesses excellent organisation skills. He is an expert in all things HMO and is an essential part of the Umega team, helping with the development of the business. Previous to working at Umega Steve gained an invaluable insight into the short-term rental market through his employment at Edlets.com, Edinburgh’s largest booking portal for short term lets, and latterly Edinburgh Festival Rentals, Edinburgh’s premier festival rental agency. Steve also possesses valuable management skills developed through working at Mccalls highland wear where he managed 6 people within a retail environment.
