For the past 15 years, I have been a social entrepreneur and have supported other SE’s. This work has taken me to over 30 countries to witness the amazing work being done by impact-driven people who are compelled to make the world a better place. I had my start in Pemba, Mozambique, with Iris Global serving among the materially poor. While in Mozambique, I lived at the orphanage and NGO headquarters, launched a sustainable farm and various local businesses, and Co-founded a vocational and business training school for local entrepreneurs. Beyond the work I was grateful to be a part of in Mozambique over seven years, I left with the desire to be a part of this divine work for the rest of my life. Through my work with Edify, I had the opportunity to serve thousands of "Edu-preneurs" (entrepreneurs in the education sector) running low-fee Christ-centered schools in their noble quest to combat poverty's relentless grip. Through their resilience, I bore witness to the transformative power of education in rewriting the narratives of communities, instilling hope where it was once scarce. Now, as a Co-founder of Ardent Mentoring, my journey finds a new purpose. We stand at the intersection of passion and possibility, bridging the gap between social entrepreneurs and seasoned mentors. Together, we believe that we will see growth and amplification, scaling ventures that defy convention and shape the course of history.
