Work with our vendors to coordinate groom to optimize the Level 3 network

• Monitor our customers networks for alarms
• notify customers of alarms Via phone calls and/or emails

• Send ASR requests to other providers for DS3, T1 and DS0 disco orders

• Work with Field techs to do Hardware Installs
• Troubleshoot issues with Hardware installs from internet to phone services
• Provision Voice services in the Meta Soft switch
• Resolve all provisioning related orders
• Ensure all orders provisioned are designed correctly to ensure all orders are accurate

• Investigated telephony troubles due to cable plant and HDT problems involving Arris, Tellabs, and ADC equipment
