Under Steve’s leadership, he led the transformation of The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama, then continued with an additional seven upscale Marriott Resorts and Renaissance Brands. Revenue growth increased by $115 million, grew and developed a team of 350 associates to 2,000, orchestrated and achieved the highest standards, operations, cultural and guest satisfaction results among all Marriott Franchise Hotels in North America Lodging Operations. Prior to joining PCH Hotels & Resorts, Steve served as general manager in nine different hotels across America as well as holding numerous sales and marketing roles.
