• I have been working for Hydro for many years.• I started off with quality inspection, and problem solving.• 1996 With knowledge of machine and production, moved right into tooling design and production layout.• 1998, We had bought a few CNC’c machines to help improve production needs. Then I went back to class to update my skills in Mastercam programming and CNC tooling design.• 2001, Went back into tooling design using, this skills to move forward in my company. I was involved punch & forming dies.• 2008, My company went into custom welding style call ”Friction Stir Welding”. This is where I worked in NPI and became the main tool designer and tech engineer, in this field for the company.• 2010, Automotive had moved into the company. We started a full engineering Department, and I went into that group.• 2012, I took over full control of the tooling dept. and Tool & Die design. Also programming and tooling, of CNC.• With all of those skills, I was also involved with first responders, safety, and ergonomics with in the company.
