I have been in the oil field since 2009 starting in frac operations with schlumberger as an operator. I learned to run all equipment on location and eventually moving in to tackle all the challenges with keeping track of all unit movement and logistics for the frac. I then moved on to better myself and career by moving to a hot oil company and becoming a vital player in the production side of the industry by doing everything from killing and pressure testing wells to trouble shooting and keeping locations flowing. I took a operations position with the hot company and since then helped the turning of slower areas into more productive districts. I believe you are only as strong as your weakest link. In the service industry you have to have top of the line operators. To have those operators you must take care of them. In the end the will make or break you.
