About Steve S.
As former Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable and Collections at Veeva, I managed a Best-In-Class AR team that handled all invoice-to-cash-related activities for our global customers. The numbers had never been better until the day I left. I came to Veeva after a 10+ year tenure at Indeed, Inc. While there I watched the global AR team grow from 4 people to over 35 globally with teammates in the US, Ireland, Brazil, Singapore and India. I created training materials for our global AR team as well as for sales and client success, whose partnership with AR became critical for Indeed's years of exponential growth.My involvement with the RFP and preparation of AR for our new ERP system paved the way for me to eventually become a Business Process Management Lead, Order to Cash on the Finance Transformation Organization. In this role I was able to leverage my extensive AR and general Indeed knowledge to help ensure processes were in place, in anticipation of the launch of Indeed's new ERP system.
