Purchasing - ordering custom units as well as general stock for entire chain. Help with accounts payables.Inventory/Warehouse Control - organize stock of hundreds of items into logical order and in limited space over 2 warehouses.Receiving/Shipping- physical receiving of items and verifying packing slips. Processing items before going into inventory. Organizing delivery/Shipping of orders and picking and packing to be shipped.Sales in store and by phone- sales of all products face to face in store or via phone across Canada. Recommending products based on physical attributes (weight/height/preferences) and other special circumstances.Customer Service- in home and via phone- help to diagnose comfort issues of clients and recommending solutions. Checking products in home for any defects and confirming customer has appropriate furniture setup for mattress.Training new staff- training in all areas including sales, receiving, deliveries and product processing.
