Steve Strazzella founded Ritmo Properties, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Strazzella Holding Company, and he is a developer, builder and operator of apartments throughout the U.S. Steve has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1989, having managed over $2.0 billion in real estate construction and development projects for some of the largest firms in the country, including The Bozzuto Group, The Clark Construction Group, and Weston Solutions Inc. He is a Past President of the Washington Real Estate Group, a member of the National Multi-Housing Council, a former member of the Board of Directors for the District of Columbia Building Industry Association and the Maryland Building Industry Association and former Chairman of the Board for a large non-profit hospital in Washington D.C. Prior to starting Ritmo, Steve served as president and partner for Bozzuto Development Company and Bozzuto Homes Inc, where he oversaw the development & construction of over 10,000 apartments and 250 homes in the major metropolitan markets on the U.S. East Coast for nearly 20 years.
