Created a standardized Hardware Library for all programs and setup a VMI system with manufacturing to minimize the number of different hardware components used to assembly fixtures in assembly. Created and implemented a Kanban system for standard wood materials used in the Machining Department to ensure materials never ran out. Improved quality in the processes and output of the components being provided to the Sales, Estimating, and Production Teams through a PIP.

- Organize, plan, create and/or modify shop drawings for fabrication used in our in-house shop using AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and Solidworks 3D modeling software- Design and Engineer custom sign structures.
