During my 17 year in-house career, I have practiced at prestigious multinational entities and have gained considerable experience in a wide range of transactions. I am currently Executive Vice President of Corporate Administration, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc., headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ. Matheson is a global manufacturer and supplier of industrial and electronics gases and related equipment. Our product is used in many different industries including petrochemical, metal fabrication, medical and healthcare, food and beverage, agriculture, and electronics product manufacturing. I manage the Legal Department and our primary focus areas at Matheson are corporate governance, M&A, strategic relationships, commercial law, employment and unions, real estate, international, regulatory, insurance and litigation. I also manage the functions of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE), Quality and Human Resources.
