The Volvo Group University is now the central training organization for the 110,000 employees of the Volvo Group. The main VGU campus is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Regional Centers will be established over time. Greensboro, North Carolina is home to the regional delivery center for the Americas. The regional delivery center offers the global curriculum of the VGU and also provides selected country specific curriculum through an on demand training strategy. Current combined curriculum focuses on leadership, management, project management and professional development training. There is a growth plan to add curriculum for operations, engineering, sales, and process over the coming years.
