Left the Army as Operations Warrant Officer to pursue Project Management after completing the Prince2 Practitioner Course at Tidworth.Joined Defra as a Project Management consultant in the Projects Office during their transition to Prince2 method of Project Management.Joined Britsafe Security as Operations Manager and a year in Sales up to March 2020.Completed 7303 PTLS Course to teach candidates for SIA Licences.Completed 1886 Conflict Management Course to teach on SIA Licence instruction.Also fulfilled the role as Quality Manager to ensure compliance with ISO 9001: 201512 years in Britsafe as an Operations Manager with Britsafe with responsibilities to include a Sales / Business Development.Most recently employed from Apr 2020 to present as a Quality Management role for SSGC Ltd on Covid 19 testing sites and later as Regional Ops Manager for Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland
