• Responsible for the entire look & brand of the business from on-air to website to print.• Setup and launched Comcast SportsNet Houston’s entire Creative Services department in a little over two months. Recruited and hired 8 designers, animators, writers/producers & editors. Created show opens, graphics packages, promos, print ads, web ads, billboards and marketing materials. Organized workflows, request forms and approval processes.• In one year, the Creative Services department wrote, produced and edited over 780 TV spots (Averaging about 65 spots per month). Designed over 130 print ads, 150 web ads and 20 outdoor billboards. Animated over 35 show opens and graphic packages for programming (Averaging about 3 shows per month). All while supporting four live news shows per day and 324 live game broadcasts per year (Rockets, Astros, Dynamo, NCAA and high school events).• Promoted to Senior Director of Creative Services within the NBC Sports/Comcast family.• Managed and prioritized all creative requests.• Produced marketing campaigns for million dollar media buys, from idea to final output, which consisted of TV spots, radio, print ads, web ads and billboards. • Directed actors, talent and players in shoots to create show opens, TV spots and print ads.• Developed a marketing campaign (TV, radio, web, print & billboards) with a call-to-action to petition your TV provider to carry the network, which generated almost 23,000 petitions for the network in 8 weeks.• Managed Creative Services budget – purchased software, computers and camera equipment. • Coached and mentored print designers to become proficient 2D/3D animators, which increased productivity for the business.
